Long story short:

We had to drill for a fence post, but couldn't locate the 2" water line. Then the following incurred;:rolleyes:

Me: Scratching my head along with help looking at everything.

Old Farmer: Why don't you just use some rods?

Me: WTF?
Farmer goes to his truck, gets two pieces of wire, proceeds to bend them in an L shape, and tells me
he can find it with those in his hands.

Me silently in my head: This is some next level BS, and I can't believe I'm standing here watching this sh$t.
Old Farmer 2 minutes later: Yup....found it, as his "divining rods" crossed each other over one spot.

I was in such disbelief {and still}, said; "Can I give that a whirl".......

Sure as sh$t!!!!! That crap really worked. And so that I didn't personally bias this thing,
I grabbed three other guys that didn't see this, and made them do it.

It worked, and I sincerely apologized to the Old Farmer.....after I bought those rods.

Worked for us, we found water for a good well @ 650' thru solid granite.

We made them out of brazing rod.

A neighbor hired an outfit using ground radar, eTc. 1,200', not a drop.

I "think" that's what he made these of......and I am still so astounded,
that I went out today just to see if it would happen in a different spot,
and it did:unsure::oops:
 
Underground water is everywhere, you just have to know how to find it.

Wells aren't accidents...

Yet the part I left out, because I'm stupid.......I bought his lunch at the little country store. It was the only
way he'd accept anything. It literally was, "Well, if you won't let me pay you, at least let me buy you lunch."

And I feel certain there are people here that are calling BS.....and I would have been the first.

That's crazy. After speaking to some other farmers about this, some said that it can be done with, I think
a Willow branch. All I know is.....this is mind blown.

When I can get a day with my son, off work {the tech guy, because I'm old and stupid} I will have
to get this on video, with close ups of my hands/rods. This way you can see that it truly does work,
and I'm not manipulating ANYTHING.

The guys {much like me} who are saying;
"This boy is on crack, he's high as a kite, and took too much LSD"....you'll pee yourself.

I know.....I know....I know, "Pics or it never happened"......wait for it homies.;)

Of course I'm sure some are saying; "Who gives a sh$t?".....I just find it fascinating.:unsure:

I’ve seen my dad do it many times along with a few other old timers, it works! My self not so much any luck doing it!
 
Dosing, water witching, etc.....whatever you want to call it....it has never held up to scientific scrutiny.
