When I was assigned to the RGV (Rio Grande Valley) in my Highway Patrol days used to see em at night crawl up on the pavement for warmth. Seen a bunch of em with their head over the fog line stretched across the improved shoulder and tail still in the brush. And an improved shoulder is a little wider than a normal car or truck 😂😂. Oh AND the tarantulas were as big as, oh say an orange.

Tarantulas are creepy. We used to find them on the parking ramps when I was stationed out in Del Rio. I know they're harmless but jeez, bugs shouldn't be that big. Snakes either for that matter.
 
It's a good thing fwc regulated and required certification for killing pythons or we would not have 18 ft 200 lbs snakes in the glades eating all the local wildlife.

I agree 110%......if you can't care for an 18' python, then don't flipping buy one. Bunch of idiot a$$holes.

Personally.....I had a python {at least one} from the age of 5 through college.....he then sadly passed away. Bocephus!!!!!!
Then marriage, and she wouldn't have ANY PART of a replacement. 😢 I wonder why......:unsure:

Then came HK.....I feel that she's rethinking that "line in the sand" LOL🤣🤣🤣😉😉😉

Impressive, but still a little small for a land dweller I worry more about what I cant see in our Tx Rivers and Lakes...........btw I fixed it for you :unsure:
