Well, I guess that's the end of whoever was posting a Tommy Built MP7 for $60K.......
But seriously, this really feels like someone attempting to establish a price point for future offerings coming to market. Funny that a Title 1 pistol ready to go runs $4K less than the MP7 parts sets on HKParts and GunBroker, perhaps that will now change.
For how many years did I bug HK-USA at SHOT about the millions and millions of $$ they had given away to the Turks, the Paki's, and a dozen American manufacturer's on the MP5.......and point out that the semi MP7 was this all over again. A bit different maybe in that there are no licensed manufacturers of the MP7, but unlicensed all that needs is Rim Country or someone else to go to work.......I don't think any of the American manufacturers of MP5's are sending royalties to Oberndorf either.
