Thoughts on the P8 A1?

I have an opportunity to purchase a new P8 A1 for $1,250.

What do you guys think? German military configuration with two translucent mags. Is it worth collecting?

IMHO “collecting” not so much. A ton have hit the market in the last 24 months or so. Cool to have? Yes. Because. $1249 is high. Just as an example here is $1149.
