We had a 'sit down' conversation...right after she signed the 'adult signature required' with the UPS delivery guy who knocked on the door (I unfortunately was in the back yard and didn't hear the truck pull up). The 'What's in the Box?' moment was not planned.

Well...I had to compromise by agreeing to a cruise ship trip (which I've always avoided like the plague). Viking...from Yokohama Japan to Vancouver BC; airfare to Japan included. At least there won't be any out-of-control screaming ankle biters running around on this cruise; bout the only thing I'm looking forward to...
