What was your first HK?

G28 clone was my first in 2015 then the G36, after that it was color frame USP fever follow by Mk23 sickness. To be honest I am down to one now and realized I cant really afford them anymore. The accessories are the biggest drain on the wallet, have to get them all and it never ends. Still love the community and friends I have made. Cheers

Which the the survivor?

I get it. I had tons of stuff some years ago. Had to have everything. Now, I can't stand to have safe-queen firearms. The funds from all those things are gone, and I just sell to buy....or vise-versa.
My first was a KG MARK 23 that I 'lucked into' when I walked into the original KNIGHTS ARMAMENT showroom in Vero Beach in 2014 looking for a holster. Matching ser. # can no less. I went on to own 9 at one time 5 with matching ser. #'d sequential cans, a consecutive pair of KH's (no cans) and some single KG's. Sold them all *heavy sigh* (kicking invisible can) to fund new house projects and down to only my APOCALYPSE kit (KI and non matching KNIGHTS can) which is a deadly accurate masterpiece now that the crown bezel on the can is indexed for my ammo.

I bought and still have a MR762SD, pretty cool just cause the O.S.S. can is marked MR762SD.....disappointing because it was their first foray into the "HELIX" design, and just not great.

And then a PCS G3K build that is a 12" bbl (and LOUD a/f ) battle rifle that gets tamed by a SUREFIRE RC2 SOCOM

In 1974 I traded in my small collection of WWII pistols and a WWII IBM M1 carbine for a brand new HK91.

(^bad old pix of scans of old small prints^)
The pistols were: a 9mm Luger, a Japanese 8mm Nambu w/holster, a Walther P38, and a C96 .30 Cal. Mauser. The M1 belonged to a family friend. I have lived to regret that the carbine was included in that transaction. The pistols have all been replaced with better examples but that IBM is irreplaceable.

Very nice--- don't see many "1974" HK91's. ;)

HK91, 1983. Had to sell when entering the Army-but recently picked up an as new 1979 model! I would like to find a new or like new USP9c. Most likely wait until the shop work at part time to find one as I'm not paying what people want for one-they're not that nice. Until then, I'll rock the Sig M11

My first was a P30SKS and that started the obsession which has evolved into a few more.
P30SKS
P2000SK .40 with .357 SIG Barrel
HK45C x 2 (1 Black and 1 NATO Green)
HK45T Tan
UPS45C
USP9C

My first was a USP 9 full size. After that it was the surplus P7's that were available from CDNN, Top Gun Supply, and other places.

My first HK? Actually...I bought 10 Fleming/Qualified sears as first HK’s. Didn’t even have a gun to put them in. I did end up with a Portuguese G-3 as a first host...then had a trial and error period trying to get the damned thing to run. Only info available was the Vollmer board and a couple ill-informed know-it-alls. Then everything changed as I met Dan Shea and Stan Andrewski and actually learned something WORTH learning...

Damn... that was 32 years ago...
