Which irons, and why?

I just received my 75th Anniversary MR762. It has no sights on it. What would be a nice set of irons that wouldn't break the bank, and still be somewhat appropriate??
I'm gonna shoot this thing.

I don't normally like camo paint but this paint job is an exception. It has some warm tones. Truly beautiful - congratulations!

I fully intend to shoot all my stuff I'm not selling. I bought them, for me to enjoy.
