    The shorter you go the harder it is. That barrel is about 5 1/4". By all means if you have questions about your build ask Jeff. I will say I enjoy the questions so I'm absolutely not trying to discourage you from asking. I'm always trying to learn myself :)

Busted the trunion out of the receiver which kinda ripped the ejection port side of the receiver. All of this was years ago...

    The incorrect locking piece can make the bolt stay locked up to long and have ejection problems, Bolt carrier not traveling back far enough. On the other end of locking pieces. The bolt can unlock to soon. That sends the bolt carrier back way to fast!!! It hits the buffer so hard the bolt still...

    I want more pictures. build process? how do you cut the carrier? How do you line up the front of the BCG before you weld it? what is your tacking process? what is you weld tectonic? tig? Mig? stick?
