It’s getting there….playing with springs and ammo.

Took it out and found the suppressor didn’t hold up so I swapped it out for a SilencerCo Hybrid 46 and that does well. Still tuning it for subs, but it runs 100% on 150 gr ammo. By ear comparison, it’s equal to an 11.5” suppressed AR….not bad for an 8” 30 caliber weapon…

Did a redesign today and sucked the light closer to the suppressor. It now sits 1/8” off the hand guard. Going to look at putting slots on the outsole of the body to aid with cooling also. More to follow as this develops.

Picked up this receiver back in the spring and it needed some minor stuff done to finish it out and then assemble. I found the correct HK feed mec, bolt, and barrel assembly as well as the correct stock, so now it’s time to start assembly. Still need the following to compete the gun: Ejector...

Yes this is going to be done with various bore sizes to accomidate different suppressor OD's. Side note-the 1.4" Bore size weighs in at 3 oz......I'll be curious to see what the 1.54" Bore comes in at.

I wondered. It would be a nice piece to have but is it really worth it given its questionable status? I had some thoughts on it, but not sure if it would have been allowable under the eyes of ATF due to it "technically" being an MG spec recevier.

Here’s a traditional SD build for a client. These are coming out nicer and nicer….I’ve done 8 SD’s now (I think) I even got creative today and engraved my company logo onto the SD-Hybrid with that rail….that was a trick for programming.
