2 Choate folders...
I just found an old 4x6 photo from the ‘80s of a long gone HK91 that showed a buttstock I didn’t remember I ever owned as I mostly used an A3 retractable or a fixed A2 on that .308 rifle.

I bought the one that went on a HK91, didn't much cared for, actually it sucks...... then when I scoped my rifle.....then it f*ckin' REALLY, REALLY SUCKED. so when Toad Bailey was selling off his HK parts from SPECIAL WEAPONS, I bought a brand new green wide forearm stock set from him for very, very, nice price , and sold off the CHOATE stock.
the one on your MP5-K is the one I also have on my VECTOR V89
I do agree the Choate on the 91 sucked big time. The 91 was shot 95% in the configuration like in this old photo of mine. The 93 went on to greater glory as a varmint rifle in MT for 8 years.
