Off to Modern Cylinder Head, to run-up my new engine. This is to make sure nothing is a problem, check for leaks, and get some horsepower and torque specs. This is the biggest one we've built for myself, but is also probably the most demure in nature. The intake manifold and carbs will be the "cork", but this is meant to fit under a stock hood. A tunnel-ram and dominator carbs would probably be worth another 100-150 horsepower. 578cid. 93-octane fuel. We'll see where she lands on the dyno sheets. Previous engines, have been very good for using pump-gas. I'm gonna guess...840hp and 700 lb-ft. More pictures to come....
