Another went "Full-LEFT"

😂 I never understood why anyone would ”want” to be called an “Infidel” especially when it means ”one who doesnt believe in God”.

”Infidel”
one who is not a Christian
(Entry 1 of 2) 1 : one who is not a Christian or who opposes Christianity. 2a : an unbeliever with respect to a particular religion. b : one who acknowledges no religious belief.

I think its the most disgusting term one can be called, much less calling themselves.
Just my 2 cents.
M.

ETA: I realize there more meanings, all meaning “disbelief” but I choose to stay away from it.

I believe that it is used as a play on words, since some people think of Americans as such. ;)

Infidel is a term used in certain religions for those accused of unbelief in the central tenets of their own religion, for members of another religion, or for the irreligious.

I like that definition the best. ;)

don't know why you would use the term "full-left". PB has had that policy about "3rd party hosted" unless you paid them for years.........to me that sounds like "full-right wingnut-capitalism" ie. if you want to use our site to host your pictures elsewhere, then you pay us sucker or go eat dirt and die

Well, not all forums let you upload photos. Once we get in the habit of using hosting we generally just stick with it.

In other cases a member might not want to lose control of their photo if they value it as intellectual property that they want to share but still limit.

We do--- we are good like that. ;)

well, then you have 3 options......

1)don't post it on the internet if you don't want your picture plaster everywhere..

2) put a watermark across the image with your name/username etc.......................that might deter someone from using your picture, providing they don't know how to used a editing software

the third option is to pay somewhere between 45-65 bucks per image and register a copyright for it..

Photographs: Registration | U.S. Copyright Office

and good luck suing someone who used your picture without your permission

There is truth in what you say. Post a pic...or even a comment... and that site owns it!
