Since I am not all that plugged in - I was wondering what happened?

I would bet most - if not all - members here were part of the Cult.

I carried a P7 for a lot of years, the only reason I dropped it was because parts and replacement cost of a collectible pistol have soared into STUPID territory. It's simple. The lost of the gun even in a "good" shoot is highly likely and if you get it back it'll probably end up damaged. Second, there are parts of the gun that if they were to break, replacements are nearly impossible to find and very expensive if you do. This caused me to limit range practice to a couple of mags a year.
I've never considered myself a part of any P7 cult and find the notion laughable. I'd also never consider anyone a moron for disagreeing with my choice of side arm. However, I may consider someone a moron for speaking poorly of something they don't understand while showing zero desire to learn about it before they open their sewers and spew.

The P7 fixed barrel makes it the most accurate handgun I own. I just intuitively point and shoot it with remarkable results. I've been known to deep conceal in the front, but it really is too heavy to be my EDC. Like the USP Elite, it took me a while to warm up to the 'look' of these - now I appreciate both the aesthetics and engineering of the P7.

What ever happened with ParkCitiesTactical.

I've never liked the P7 pistols, at all. I've had many, shot a couple, and decided it was one of my least favorite pistols. I found absolutely nothing intuitive about them. I have one NIB one left in my collection. It was a gift, and I don't relinquish gifts.

Ok, Ok, OK........

Let's just calm down here Sparky.

I don't carry this bada$$, but just look at it!!!!!! It's a work of art.

Jim Schatz {RIP} was a huge fan. I followed a lot of what he said, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and someone on another site, turned me on to this awesome piece of work.

With that said, I don't EDC HK's. {I know....blasphemy}. I carry SIG, because you can field strip it/put it back together in 10 seconds, blindfolded.

Cheers!!!!!!!!!
