I have almost contemplated selling one or both of my USP Compact 40 S&Ws
The other day I bid on a grey pistol case & manual for an early USPc
In my case it's an KH 1996 USP Compact Stainless
Today I won the auction & paid way too much for the case etc. = $69 + $11 S&H = $80
Can't even believe that I have been offering to even sell either one of my USPc40s
The marker on the side of this case can be easily removed with acetone & the sticker
Was Just Sharing But still with what some cases & manuals go for now days I will be OK

It's Like I needed it to complete the package if you will

Did I really pay $80 for this??
I used to buy cases like this from Keisler's for $5ea all the time

Nice low SerNo. on the case and in excellent shape; would be interesting to know what happened to the original gun (Tony probably knows where it is). Now if I owned that original gun, I'd probably pay more than what you paid, just to bring the the gun back to its original 'home'.
 
I too Noticed that it was 27-000300 9mm USPc
The Label on the side is not factory & has the marker beneath it
It will clean up nicely & house my Stainless USPc 26-012612

I also figure the gray cases haven't been made in over 20 years now & the compact is a different case
Tony & I had a discussion about the three different early gray cases but can't find it now??

@AGG What's the word on the early grey/gray cases again..
He's forgot more than we will ever learn
I did see a Full Size USP Case on eBay
Remember buying a Black Hk Box 20 years ago & they where $20 back then IIRC
They seemed to have doubled @ eBay + Several have the backstraps magazines etc.
Look for Hk Box/Hk Case
Price a P7 Box/Case or Manual & Think

Agreed--- would pay $150.00 to get the family back together--- but I do not believe that the early cases has factory stickers. ;)

A summary: :giggle:

- gray plastic cases (1993-2002)
- black plastic cases (2002-2021)

a) early (upper left- shorter front sight indention with straight vertical raised bar; upper right- blank circular indention above selector indention; lower right- shorter/deeper bottom right frame indention)(1993-1995)
b) later (upper left- longer front sight indention with L-shaped vertical raised bar; upper right- blank or “45” inside circular indention above selector indention; lower right- longer/shallow bottom right frame indention)(1995-2002)

Got the gray case yesterday & finally have a case for my KH V2 1997 Stainless USPC40

I made a couple labels for the side of the gray case even though the weren't factory
The black marker wiped right off with acetone
