Has anyone seen this?

So I just snagged up a couple of UTL's and the guy I bought it from included this carry case. Has anyone seen this before? There are no HK markings on it so I thought someone could give me some insight.

What I was told by the guy I bought it from was HK passed these carriers out to Swat guys because they didn't have a compatible holster for the USP with the UTL yet. Any way I can find that out?

I have never seen these carriers--- if HK was involved, I would think there would be some sort of "HK" labeling, though not manufactured by HK.
