Lost our last girl......

Thank you. I/we've been rescuing them for 35 years. They're all one-of a-kind animals. Too much for most people. I'm still heart-broken from losing Sara a few months ago.
 
Very sorry for your loss. One of my hardest days ever was putting our Bassett Hound down after many years of being a part of our family.
 
Heartbreaking brother. I know it’s part of the deal we sign up for; does not make it any easier. Truly sorry. 😢
 
Thanks folks. I truly appreciate the nice thoughts. Other than my wife....nothing means more to me, than my fuzzy-kids. I've lost so many.....
 
Sorry for you're loss Mike = Same day as my Brother too..
I took my brothers dog in & now have five fur babies total & two cats..
This was my Twin Brothers Old Dog named Missy = Missile Toe

My sincere condolences to you. My Abby passed a few years ago. She set the bar very high. Havent really been able to connect with any of the pups we have now. They click with my two boys which makes me happy. Ya know a boy and his dog. Now I have gotten very very close with a cat my wife wanted to rescue. Taz....Taz is my buddy and follows me like a duckling. We talk often and he wont talk to anyone else but me. He really likes to be in the man cave and he even has his own stool at my work bench next to mine.
