Both. I wouldn’t buy it to have a suppressed 9mm. I bought it because it’s tits.

Bring-back. A 90 year-old woman gave it to my nephew. [firefighter] We detailed it and made sure it works properly. It appears to have blood on the grip.

My Aunt’s now deceased long time boyfriend’s dad brought it back from WW1. He sold it to me ~10 years ago for a grand as one of his children had been murdered and the other was a druggie. You can look up the S/N and see it went to France in 1918. I plan to pass it down. Piece of Americana.

Just finished my M27 [recon] clone. All HK, except the lower forging and trigger. I haven't decided what accessories and sights/optic to put on it.
