P2000SK 40 V3

Came Across a BF 2017 P2000SK V3 Today As New
I have looked on GB for pricing & they all seem to be listed from $600 - $800+
This is one of the Laser Engraved H&Ks made during that era
When I say it's as new, It looks to have had the slide racked 8-10 times by hand
3-4 of them were from me & de-cocking it.
It's tight & as new as they come IMO
Magazines aren't even scraped up, all as new.
Comes in Black Case, Manual, one extra backstrap, key, two magazines ( No Sticker)
Price was marked USED P2000SK V3 40 S&W $599

I Tried putting a USPc40 flat floor plate on the P2000SK Magazine & it wouldn't latch into place
It would need to have a step cut in it towards the front
Hk sells a flat one for $12.95 -> P2000SK Floor Plate – Low Profile & a X-Grip so the gap is filled using a P2000/USPc40 magazine -> HK P30SK & P2000SK Magazine Sleeve – X-Grip
Other than night sights I see no upgrade that could be made to this sweet little pistol & I like the DA/SA V3
The Hk45C magazine release is too large & feels uncomfortable on this Hk because your hand is wedged into it more
This little Hk is going to make my S&W M&P Shield become obsolete
Also great that the three USPc holsters above fit like a glove too + all the extra magazines I have in 40

I Just Bought Three P2000SK 40 Magazines with Flat Floor Plates for $70 Shipped on eBay
Should be all a Guy would ever need

Being my now swollen sausage fingers are cramped holding the Itty-Bitty Hk P2000sk
I ordered two P30sk rubberized finger extensions from Hk & a X-Grip for the USPC40 magazines
It states slight modification to the floor plate to allow use in the P2000sk
I assume that were the lip is in the front bottom of the pistol you have to file away a bit of rubber/polymer
Have to wait & see on that mod, we'll see which one works out the best for me.



Also ordered some roll pins & magazine springs for my stash for the future all from HkParts.Net

Congrats on the acquisition.

That has to be the cleanest “used” P2000SK I’ve ever seen. I feel like mine came new from the factory with more wear on the barrel hood than your “used” one!

I'm naming the P2000SK Steve, In memory of my buddy who died 1/6/22
My Twin brother & I were Fraternal Twins, he was light & blonde & I am dark with black hair
Jerry & Gary The Fraternal Twins, Jerry is the Stainless USPc, Gary is the Blued

Haven't Gotten those two out in a while, they need to meet their little brother Steve
These two were USED Too!! KH & AD Date Codes = 1997 & 2003

Got some parts in from HkWebShop & HkPartsNet
Some P30sk magazine floorplates & three extended Hk45C magazine releases + New Springs & Pins
Installed the three releases & floorplate to one P2000sk magazine
Modified one floorplate to try an give it clearance, Will have to wait & see on that
