Thank you HK, You just save me money on stuff I really didn't need!

After trying to process my order 3 times at various times during the day - I called it quitting time

This has happened before but normally on the 2nd or 3rd try at a different time of day all is working fine and dandy.

Not today..
 
I've had that happen to me before, but I figured it was because I kept going back to the previous page to make sure I got all the right info before I processed the final order page. Yes, a bit frustrating to say the least, but at least the HK Webshop kept my items in the cart, even if I had 'ventured' to another completely different site, then I was able to process the order normally.
 
Thanks. I had done that and tried different browsers. I just wasn't suppose to make the purchase.
 
For a big company - the HK webshop is pretty clunky.
Even worse is ordering from HK CS - they don't load the pending orders in your account. So something is back ordered / in the mean time find it elsewhere - unlike most sellers you can't log on and cancel - then I forget about it and get shipping out of the blue months later when I don't need or want it.
I am done with ordering not in stock items by phone.
