I made a big wok-full of shrimp fried rice for dinner last night.

Texas Pete's Hot Sauce, Duke's Mayo, Spicy Brown Mustard, and Slaw. Smoked Provolone if you like cheese.I’m going to try to slow cook a 12 lb prime rib tomorrow and make some prime rib sandwiches. First time so if anybody has a great prime rib sandwich recipe let me know!

Add Onion?I’m a big breakfast for dinner guy and a country skillet is on tonight’s menu. Bacon (diced), hash browns, bell peppers, shredded cheese, and 3-4 eggs in my cast iron skillet...just add hot sauce.

Made a Brocolli and Feta Cheese fritatta for dinner. I like letting them cool to room temp.
Used seasoned Feta crumbles and added a bit of pinot grigio to the brocolli as I wilted it.
I love fritatta and quiche. Anything egg based. Mmmmmm.
Going to make eggs benedict next week. Hollandaise sauce is a bitch though, might cheat and buy Knorr's.
