Sea roaches/Bottom feeders. There are LOTS of things I won't eat [mostly aquatic stuff, mushrooms, and leafy greens]. Then, there are things I'll eat lots of.They are spiders of of sea, Gross...... I know most people love them, but always freaked me out since childhood. My parents made me eat things I never wanted to, why?
Nice! You beat me to it! We are gonna do the reverse sear Ribeye’s, red potatoes and asparagus tonight. Will report back. Nice lookingInaugural Blackstone dinner. I figured I couldn't screw up basic steak, potatoes and veggies right? It all turned out great - now to get out of my comfort zone for next time.

SITREP: Following @ENDER’s steak lead tonight and after getting busy doing other things losing track of time; I abandoned the reverse sear tonight and just went for it....family style. Boneless Ribeyes with fresh garlic griddle butter topper, Lemon pepper asparagus and garlic/black pepper red potatoes. FAN-TAS-TIC! Everyone needs a Blackstone. Period.
