Guitars Who Else Plays

@MMissile Mike you kill me - I'm sorry I lost touch with you for 25 years. Look at everything I missed! Well at least you took pics (y)
LOL......you have no idea how much crazy shit has gone on in my life. I'm crammin' as much in as possible. We're here for a good-time, not a long-time.

Came across another one today but didn't buy it..
Gonna let my son David decide, I bet he says no..
He wants a Fender Mustang Bass short scale..

This one was a PRS Custom 22 made in 2010
Worth 2-4 grand & in a pawn shop + no case or trem bar
Might even be stolen locally, I should check & see
Serial # is written in with gold pen like it should be
You know they didn't give $#!+ for it either

Pretty little sucker too..
Lady wouldn't let me even touch it..
I'll take my son up there & he'll light them on fire with it = WTF??
Yeah I know, He's amazing..

These guys are always an awesome show. Tommy Lee was an asshole though, and wouldn't do the Meet-Greet. That's okay, I wouldn't want to shake his hand. yuk

They had to make him smile. He was very quiet and frail looking.

My dream guitar has always been a Gibson Les Paul in heritage cherry (Ace Frehley). I never got it but I was able to pass that dream on to my son this Christmas. He loves KISS as I did when I was 9-yrs old. I was able to take him to their show in Chicago last year.

ETA: I don't ever remember Paul Stanley sounding like Edith from All-in-the-Family back in the 70's
KISS - 1 (1).jpegKISS - 1.jpeg

I had one just like that. 10-15 years ago.. When I was about 40+
Couldn't afford the Custom
I also had an Epiphone Ace Frehley model Les Paul Custom with three DiMarzio Super Distortions..
We currently have two Gibsons = The Les Paul Studio Lite M-III & The Hawk FOTL
We have a quite huge KISS collection with everything you could imagine..
Back in my day we had Charvel Guitars mostly when I was just out of school, My oldest son is now 38..
Someday I'll get some pictures but it's a total mess down in the dungeon as my twin brother stays down there in one half..
I repair guitars & there's maybe 10-12 in pieces all over the place.. need to straighten it up & get the soldering iron out & go to work..
A few Fenders, Jacksons etc.. Most are my youngest Sons who is Now 29, he's got a dozen or so?? Basses & Synths + two Organs..
I have a picture somewhere when he was like 5 & we met Bruce Kulick & Eric Singer & they where impressed with his guitar skills at such a young age..
Has it been that long?? Man I'm getting old.. I turn 55 next month.. HaHa!!
Last Kiss Concert was in 99/2000 in Louisville, That's been a while but seems like yesterday..

Congrats on the great Son & Gibson Les Paul Guitar Fatmat27

I've never met Tommy Thayer.. YET!!

And Paul Stanley ruined his voice doing the Phantom of the Opera & does now sound like Edith Bunker

🎆 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!🎆

MY 100th Post WOW!!

I do. Been playing for about 30 years.

A couple of my axes.

Custom Ibanez RG I built about 15 years ago. All the good stuff is in this one.

This is a recent acquisition. Brendon Small signature Epiphone (Ghosthorse). I switched out all the chrome hardware for for black and replaced all the Asian electronics for the good US stuff and installed some Seymour Duncan pickups. Gonna install some invaders soon (same pickups James used on Master of Puppets).

I also have a 1999 MY Jackson King V KV2 USA in black (sorry no pics on my phone but we all know what they look like) as well that I am about to install the new Dave Mustaine signature pickups in (same pickups used on Rust in Peace). Can't wait to get those in. That is an awesome guitar.
