Thanks, just didn't know if they were SW. Maybe I'll list some and keep one to have built. You can work with this one - right Jeff? Its a ORF flat
Just for my general knowledge, what does ORF stand for?Its a ORF flat
Yes sir still are on hkparts . we do not roll them but they are out there.@Ghilliebear Question, were any SW flats sold without their markings on the magwell?
I know its hard to hide the jealousy.. haha! That’s a gorgeous flat right there lol
Who's are better? I'll buy some. That is an honest question. I tried one of HK parts. I'm almost sure its a SW flat. it rolled fine but top sucked AZZ. didn't use it. welding practiceNo they are not. I can show you a great example of a poorly made flat.
Thanks for the clarification, I thought you were saying there was something better than the LSC flats. Ive had RDTS (Ralph) do a few things for me. I know the only 9mm flat he will build off of is a LSC. I just did my first build rolling my own. LSC flat was usedI would agree about the LSC flats being the best. The junk one in my photo was a .556 flat from hkparts. Its probably sw or something. Its an ashtray now. I gave up on .556 flat projects until RTG puts out their flat. Its just not worth the aggravation with whats available out there. Ghilliebear probably knows more about whats good to go than anyone.
I found where the rest of them wentAll of the PTR guns being made are using LSC flats also. Supposedly that’s why there weren’t any of the MP5/MP5K flats on the market for awhile as PTR was taking them all
My understanding is that PTR bought LSC. I've been wrong before and will be againAll of the PTR guns being made are using LSC flats also. Supposedly that’s why there weren’t any of the MP5/MP5K flats on the market for awhile as PTR was taking them all
