Took the MP5SD-Hybrid out and put it on paper. The couple flyers out of the Black were trying some bursts at 25 yards....its a shooter.

Took out the SD-Hybrid again tonight. I really enjoy shooting this one.

These pic says it all-one 3 lug suppressor fits any of your MP5’s:

This way you can have the look and feel of an SD, but the modularity of a standard suppressor.

Nice results - is there any trick to lining up the SD front sights correctly when you weld them on?
Looking at the SD sights there seems to be a lot less to work with in terms of getting them positioned exactly.

The biggest issue is getting the cage straight with the barrel. Once you get that done, the front sight isn't bad.....its the prep work to get it to that point is the hard part. Lot of back and forth welding to make sure things don't pull.

Has anyone ever demilled an HK SD or looked at demilled HK SD parts?
On pics of HK guns it looks like the front sight and the hand guard cage (or at least the ring around the hand guard at the very front) might be one piece.

It’s not one piece, but multiple pieces all welded together to look like it’s all one.
