Thats the same gun. Look at the piece of paper sticking out from the bottom of the manual in both auctions.
also the serial# is the same as far as I can tell from the spent round envelopelope... ends with 2005 in both of them.
Also look at the muzzle device placement in the pic that shows the slide open... its in the identical position in relation to the manual.

At least it wasn’t pix of mine! I checked the envelope and my
FDE 23 was tested in 2004. 😅 Screw this @$$clown! 🤬
 
That's a tough one... I see he's been a GB Member since 2018, so could be legit. I see the gun was relisted, but I've never seen this one before. Where did you see these same pics before?
 
The first guy took out a GunBroker Featured Auction with Bold Face / Colored lettering. Plus he has a Buy Now that is priced $1K over the starting bid; whereas the other person has the typical scammer Buy Now price that is exactly the same as the starting price.

I think its time to play a game... $50K for starters.
